Summary
In a world which has 2 suns & 3 moons that is until one day the smallest and the most beautiful moon crashed down in the middle of the city & causing great damage ..soon individuals with superpowers, known as “Phenomenons,” started to appear. There are resistant force, known as the “Moon-born”, who resided on the fallen moon and despises the government and there were the Government-born phenomenons who worked for the sake of the citizens…One day, during suppressing a rebel, Kang Jinwoong, a Government-born, lost control of his earthquake ability and caused devastation. due to heavy injury & ends up falling into the rebels base surprisingly gets saved by Jaeho, the rebels’ leader.As their encounters increased with time, Jinwoong began to feel connection towards Jaeho and starts to open his eyes to the suspicious nature of the city government.
